I have had a account lock due to the fact a small child can make purchases on the option "UNLOCK" not buy. I confront Xbox on the easy purchase and the account locks. Christmas time is near. Christmas presents are Xbox prepaid card. Child can't get his game for Christmas. Child Crys for 4 weeks. Xbox said they hace it solved in 3-5 days. Return call from xbox in 2 days. No return call. Few weeks later no unlock no christmas present. Called xbox again, I had them on the phone and on chat. Each tell a differenct story. Chat opens and she is a witness to the run around I experience. She is a supervisor unlock accont and Son is happy. Another few weeks go buy and Valentines son gets new prepaid card. The accouont has been locked again. Called anc chatted to xmox Supervisor Jeff and another person. They say they can't unlock the account even if it had been over a month of this flawed system. He refused to help or get his supervisor. He says he cannot give me this info. My son is unhappy again with his purchased gift card sitting on the desk unable to use. It. I hae no way to resolve this issue. Contact to upper employee is impossible. There smaller phone employees can do waht ever they want and get away with it. Sad isn't it? Microsoft is set up to take your money only, they are not set up to assure your happiness and business. I hope in the future this can help anyone wanting to take Microsoft to the bank. Laws should not allow a company to take you money and not provide your service. Prepaid card do not have anything stating these problems. I suggest we no longer keep giving companies like this our money. We pay for service they owe what we pay for. I am taking this above them to the top the best way I know how.
