It is 3 days from Christmas and I was trying to get my son's Xbox 360 on line so I called Xbox Tech support. Then sent a signal to it and it burned the console up. It was still under waranty and they said they would send him a new one, but I will have to send it back to them and they would send him one back, but it will be three weeks. I know that I have had to call playstation tech before and they would have sent him a new playstation and then you send the bad one back in the same box. It is a shame that we as parents are out over 400.00 dollars for these gameing systems and then your child is left hanging. It would nice if something could be done to the xbox company for their incompetence. My son is getting over 300.00 dollars worth of xbox accessories for Chirstmas and now he will have to wait for three weeks before he can use any of his Christmas gifts from Santa.
