I visited matthew mullhofer in dec for aid having a government issue having a payroll garnishment. I gave him $900 to prevent the garnishement and obtain the government off my back. He did essentially nothing and today I'm out the cash. Would you understand how to get my funds back?
He asked for money and offered no bill. Today he says i never offered him the cash.
