Never Gave Permission To Settle My Case!

The attorney said that the insurance company offer me $500.00 dollars, I told the attorney to take my case to court. I never gave the law firm (Law Office of Ben Abbott) permission to settle my case. My case is file in court. I told the attorney several times! No way that I would take a settlement.
