Thankfully someone else is complaining about the lawyer. I am a very experienced realtor and broker and refuse to work with th attorney and his firm. I cannot recommend this lawyer to anyone because every deal he has handled always has a problem - usually related to his attitude. His clients and my realtors are always unhappy and most deals never close. Do yourself a favor, hire another lawyer before even considering Ben Cooper, Esq.
