Garnishment of Social Security Income

I will copy the first paragraph from a letter I received from this law firm: "A Judgment was recently entered against you in the above referenced matter. This Judgment gives our client the right to take various involuntary collection measures against you. These options include garnishments. We understand that many people are experiencing difficult times, and the loss of money from involuntary collections may put a great strain on a person's budget." This firm knows my only income is from social security and if they garnish it I will not be able to pay my rent and will become homeless. Please, any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
