Turned an underpayment into a refund

I've been buying this for years just in case but never really knew if it was a good idea or if it would work well. Now that I had an incident, I'm very glad I got it. It made the whole thing a lot less of a hassle than it would have been, and it turned a ~$1000 underpayment into a $1000 refund! Take that, IRS
