I buy a table from ATG shops. I settled my cash for them through PayPal thank heavens.
Nothing they said on the site was appropriate. They stated "straight forward returns". They stated them could be sent to the ground it'd be constructed on. Fedex, the shipper they selected wont actually enter the entrance.
The container was broken and so I declined shipping, approached them-and requested to get a return. They stated it might get 3 months. Had I waited 3 months might have managed to get to overdue to start a PayPal state. BEWARE
I called them a few times later since I'd a duplicate of the statement of lading stating it had been delivered plus they stated they mightnot spend me since I'd requested to get a charge-back on my charge card. I never requested to get a charge-back! I began a challenge with PayPal.
Then they explained the only path they might spend me is easily shut my state! They attempted to trick me into shutting my state that they never known as genuine.
The only real reason I'm receiving my money-back is due to PayPal
DoN't get from them. When you have had an event like mine, record them towards the FTC.
In early stages I told them I'd contact the FTC also it did not faze them one bit.
