WOT didn't state that its harmful, also it was in my own mailbox. Nevertheless although being small aged unaware (and silly) me, I believed the sender was payza, and that I did possess a confirmation that I had a need to do. And so I visited about the link.
Unconsciously this message sprang up a couple of seconds later:
