I subsequently confirmed on additional sites with an area Walmart shop the camera does actually have a battery and charger everywhere else. It had been only a way to perform a baitandswitch. I subsequently chose to examine online to determine if it was a fraud and found this site. I subsequently named Bill and ended my purchase.
