Haven't received my purchase plus they haven't answered to my questions concerning it

I purchased a camera from Ajrichies. On May 24th they established my purchase. It had been likely to consider 5 to seven days to receive.By July 5th I've not obtained it plus they haven't answered to my questions concerning my purchase.
