Horrible site, remain faraway. Worst customer service ever. Unprofessional. I purchased a dress yourself in 2011 in the site and hated how it appeared on. Nothing beats the image.in 2012 I needed to come back it for shop credit and obtain a brand new one. Used to donot believe it may be done since it have been annually however the lady about the live-chat insisted it may be completed. I had been excited. I actually questioned her if she was certain it had been ok because it was over this past year and he or she said not a problem. She delivered me a return authorization rule, I invested $25 about the delivery and off it went. 14 days later and that I still had noticed nothing of my store credit. I talked the web site thinking it had been an error and alternatively I had been informed my return couldn't be prepared since it was over per year old. I told the girl I previously delivered it and was handed a return signal which it had been absurd. After waiting to listen to from her for 10 moments she offered me several and explained to contact the supervisor. What an idiot he was. He held pausing and never understanding things to state. I told him his organization created an error and he served enjoy it was no big deal. He did not actually ask me who offered me the signal and also you might tell he might care less concerning the error. He'd not do something concerning the issue though it was clearly his organization A LARGE mistake. I told them how they lost my period also it was definitely absurd and he explained nothing about the telephone and lay therein silence. Along with all that, they'd my returned gown for over per week, and didn't bother to mail me and inform me what had occurred. They waited for me personally to get hold of them wondering where my credit was. Extremely unprofessional. He never actually apologized because of their error. Horrible site, WON'T EVER use again.
