I've several gowns out of this manufacturer in my own dimension, that we understand is little, and that I also understand what the producers size tag appears like. So that they delivered me a method plus they described it a little. After I sent them to request the right dimension, they advised me of the return policy of $40 "delivery" for that first gown and extra costs for extra gowns. Additionally they just offered me 3 times from day of bill to come back the gown also it was a vacation weekend! I sent them back indicating my discontent and got no more reaction.
The corporation has horrible customer support and absurd return plans, particularly when in this instance it had been their error! I'll never use this website again
