After I paid, I found out that there wasn't any additional information

I applied Spokeo for that free reverse email research. It mentioned that it'd discovered it and that I had a need to spend to determine the info. After I settled, I then found out that there isnot any extra info. After I requested to get a refund, they offered a partial refund. Exactly what a rip-off!
