I'd requested an item online through naaptol.com on 4th Dec'10. The cost for that same got prepared instantly. I talked towards the customer service consultant of the website regarding once the item could be sent to me. He informed that my purchase continues to be prepared and also the item could be shipped within 7-10 business days. I again called-up customer support after 3-4 times with an update about the position. He informed the item requested by me was sold-out. I expected him to provide mean idea how enough time it'll try have it shipped. He advised he cannot provide a concept concerning the time however the same could be shipped in the earliest. I place a few feedback on the webpage through it is feedback area but I'venot got any reaction. Till day, the standing is "inventory unavailable". Today, the issue is-Do they've the right to obtain the cost & maintain my purchase dangling / on-hold. It was actually not anticipated. Our 1st-time encounter on the webpage hasbeen really frustrating and that I am certain that the website might endure if this sort of an indifferent attitude is proven to clients. If they're into severe company, they've to show it by fulfilling the required obligations promptly.
