We had Onlywebsites.com in Utah design a website for us called www.PharmacySearch.org, for which he was fully compensated proofed through our bank statements. We asked him to transfer all the files in his possession to our new servers, which he did, but he apparently kept the files anyway. After several months of continued problems with the coding done by OnlyWebsites.com, we eventually had the site redone using Joomla, and have had no problems ever since.
After several months passing, we eventually realized that he was using our website under another name he registered www.pharmsearch.org, and it is currently in his name Daniel Todd. We sent several e-mails kindly asking him to stop using our material under another domain name, but they continue to broadcast our website. If you review both websites, one can clearly see they are the same website, but one slightly redone in Joomla.
We own the rights to the website, and all the material contained therein, and publicly make this declaration for all to review, especially Only websites.com in Utah. We are also once again asking for the company to immediately stop broadcasting our materiel using www.Pharmsearch.org. The company has all rights to the domain name, but not the material.
Further, we fully agree with the comments listed by another complaint about the professionalism in general of the company. They were difficult, obstinate, and rude which ultimately necessitated the need for us to pull the jobs from their company. We would agree that all those reading this complaint should operate on a buyer beware in doing business with Onlywebsites.com. As a matter of fact, a lawfirm we consulted about the matter mentioned they had received other inquires about bad service regarding Onlywebsites.com.in fact, when we mentioned they were in Utah, they gave us the name of the company: Imagine that!
We shall see if this notice causes the company to finally stop using our materiel illegally.
