I went online to restore my passport this company managed to get personal search as though it had been the federal government people Passport organization. I completed my information and posted my info. After I realized that the web site was a third party organization and was not actually the federal government I named them 20 mins later to stop my purchase. I spoke to some woman called "Stephanie" who had been excessively rude and declined to provide me a complete reimbursement of the cash by which I had been billed. She explained there's a $45 non refundable cost that I'll not be getting back. I stated that I'd only registered for this which I observed immediately after that it had been not necessarily the Federal government site and so I terminated. She wasn't useful at-all so when I requested to talk to a boss she stated nicely she'll simply state the same but I'll move you. Then she moved me to some voicemail. I called back and spoke to some man called "Mary". When I am about the telephone with Ben I will hear somebody within the background shout "Stephanie, that which was that men lastname... McClure?" Stephanie replys "Yes, that's it first-name Matthew". I inquired Ben why they're referring to me and he sets me on-hold and returns and functions like nothing occurred and stated the boss was from the workplace but could be straight back and might return my phone easily abandon her a note. Therefore, I quit her a note. I called again 5 minutes later to discover just what these were likely to be getting me for and undoubtedly they'd shut at 6pm EST. These were simply laying in my experience concerning the boss calling me after which quit for that evening. I called back 24 hours later and talked towards the Boss who might hardly speak language. She was excessively impolite and heartless saying that she'dnot return my cash and maynot do something about this. Actually lied and stated that the moment I reach publish these were billed simply because they "reserved" my place using the passport office. Such liers. Do not conduct business!!! I'm out $45!
