I have sent numerous emails to anotherfriend but have received no response

A week ago I rejoined anotherfriend.com after getting a contact (30 days premium account for just one european). My charge card was charged for just one euro on 6/4 along with a further 22.90 euro on the exact same date. I have delivered several e-mail to anotherfriend but have obtained no reaction!
