I am in a situation which is more worse than any case above mentioned!
I have bought a bath from Rapsel, called Lavasca Mini with Lavabosinks.com / Lavabogiant.com / Giant.co.uk etc etc... Beginning of this year.
I have paid: 4750 EURO!
I have been in contact with Mauro Malavasi, Alfredo Costa (or such artistnames...)
The bath should have been delivered on 1st of march...
When the bath did not arrived that date, I had send a lot of emails, and they were answered occasionaly with the information that they had " some problems",
ad that I have to wait only a few days more to receive the bath. I have phoned a lot of times to the " call back service" but nobody ever respond.
After several emails, in which I asked to send back my money, they promised me that they will send me back the complete amount of 4750 euro's on the date of: 21st march.
I am still waiting for my money, and they have stopped any correspondence or commuciation.
At this moment I am busy with the Police department and European Trading Standards.
There is no way that I will let go this 4750 euro's!
I do not let this rest, anyone will understand...
Besides this official way of, it's also worth " doing business" with people who will help you find out
what's the most efficient way to get your money back.
They have found a lot of information about this "company" and persons behind it and preparing a nice visit if needed!
