Order Never Received

I purchased a time on 1/13. The standing claims, "Finished." I sent them after fourteen days, but got no response. I called several days later. Whoever responded the telephone responded with, "Hello?" I mentioned, "Hello?" he explained, "can you please maintain?" Then, I had been placed on "endless" store. He never delivered. I sent again. No response. These were fast to consider my cash, though!
