Super Rewards on Face Book, offered 119,600 coins for completion of an approved application with Discover card and has failed to honor the offer. They are paid by a great number of businesses / advertisers, to bring them new business. They offer the coins to get new applicants. They have reneged on the offer after eing paid for my application. I sent the application approval number received by Discover Card dated 5/7/09, (I applied and was approved 5/6/09) and received my card 5/11/09. I've cut and pasted the approval letter received from Discover Card to Super Rewards on face book, as requested for proof of my approval, after they rejected the approval application number, and was sent another form letter, with various reasons I was found to be inelligible, which included my age, (64), MY EMAIL ADDRESS, BROWSER SUPPORT, NOT MAKING A PURCHASE, NOT COMPLETING APPLICATION, non of whch are relevant. My email is correct, and I recive all their form letters at that email adress they have, which is same address I use to access face Book and their offers, and it's the same email Discover card has. No purchase was requirred. Only requirement was an approval, which was met 5/6/09, same day of application submittal! I've notified Face Book on two seperate occasions, but other than a letter of acknowledgenment, they've not investigated this fraud on their web site. Discover recived three complaints about same offer same day as I called with my complaint. Supervisor Stephannnie Martin of the Arizona Discover Center has taken my and the other complaints, but I'm still reciving daily form letter denials that state I haven't complied. I have the letters from Super Rewards and my proof of compliance and have submitted it all to no avail. I can fax or email you all emails responses along with my approvalletter from Discover card. If you go into Face Book site, and key in Farm Town Game, you'll see earn coins. Click Earn Coins and you'll be able to see the multidude of offers Super Rewards make. I did recive coins for offers that awarded small amounts, but not this, their largest amount. My husband has also applied, through Super Rewards for the Discover card, tosee if he gets his coins.
