On 03/22/09 i ordered what i thought was a free cd for government grant programs. The ad stated that i only had to pay shipping and handling cost for the cd which amounted to $1.93. I had to used my bank card to purchase this free cd, against my better judgement i used my bank card for this purchase of $1.93. After a week i noticed on april 6 that my credit card had been charged an additional $74.95 for a fictitious membership to this company that i had no prior knowedge about at the time of placing this order. I have tried to contact this companies customer service center and have been promised different days each time that i call regarding receiving my refund for these charges.
