I still get taken on these type of scams too. But, these guys are professional crooks and scam artist.
If you follow their various url paths through the "Who Is" website, you'll see how they hide and change their identities.
Evidently, they have some legal guidance to help them skirt the law. The "Fine Print" is only one part of their scheme. Their other blatant and deceptive tricks are straight out criminal.
Also, it's just another "forced continuity" program. Any Internet Marketer that has such a program that doesn't send a monthly "opt-out" or "continue membership" message is just as guilty.
They bank on it! To the tune of several months of charges and fees. They know very well what they are perpetrating.
I know a lot of them. They have the attitudes of righteousness and fair play. When confronted, their reply is "You're an adult. You are responsible for your own actions and decisions. Don't blame me!
The don't want to "Help" their customers
(suckers). Especially after all the grief, frustration and overdrafts they have inflicted on the people who trusted them.
All these guys do is prey on the human traits of trust, gullibility and mainly, forgetfulness.
The shame and the blame is on them.
I can document and prove the hell I've gone through with the "Teeth Vampires" and "Marketing Gurus".
Would you participate in an honest solution to help combat these animals. Yes, there is an out of pocket cost. But the rewards will be more than well worth it.
You can be part of the solution or just another part of the problem. Apathy is a strong opponent.
I am building a list of other ripped off consumers just like us who'll stand up in solidarity. Then we can join and act as "One Very Powerful Voice" and exterminate these infestations in their larvae stage.

P.P.S. Just keep watch and see how these forced continuity programs start to disappear. Especially the well-known marketers. They'll want to hide in disgrace. If they're not in jail.
