They provide a "free" hand-VAC when purchasing the merchandise, simply purchase delivery and handling. After I got verification of my purchase, I observed 2 "free" vacs with $20 EACH for delivery. I contact the organization numerous occasions plus they stated there's nothing they are able to do because the vacuum was "free".
