Bought ACDC seats on 16 Oct. Contacted The Internet Ticket Shop by email and telephone7 times preceding (as required within their reputation of purchase email) since seats hadnot arrived. Was informed that I'd obtain an email along with a telephone call on Friday 20 April 09 In The Online Ticket Store with information on where you can fulfill at MALES industry to gather the tickets. No telephone call or email on Mon - I named them-and was informed they were having issues with no further details received. I had been requested to contact them later. I named Wednesday morning hours and was requested basically desired to stop and declined since I'd an offshore customer who had been in British especially for that show. I approached them during the day and was informed they might contact me at 4.30pm. No more contact with no seats. Called Thursday morning and was informed to call-back at 12.00 to talk to a-requested for Supervisor's title plus they said farewell & hung-up!
