Can not cancel service

I've been attempting to stop support all week before I had been billed. Stop option doesn't function. I awaken sunday day to determine a pending cost. I can't contact them to stop however now I've been billed something charge I would like to not use. I've ended my card and today I still have to learn how to stop this company.
