I'm another FURIOUS target of the deceptive organization! I put an order on 5/29/09, simply to be informed once they got my cash the item was on backorder. I terminated 14 days later-after being informed they did not understand when it'd be delivered. I had been informed it might occupy to thirty days for my reimbursement. Exactly what a laugh! July 16th is likely to be 60-days and counting, WITH NO RETURN! I've exhausted all initiatives in calling the corporation, simply because they simply provide you with the same runaround any time you contact. They let you know they'll inform sales, and accounting may email you once they deliver the reimbursement. They declare that they CAn't get a solution in the sales office. I actually sent the dog owner straight three times, without any reaction. I'll not give up my reimbursement, however now I am pissed! I'd like the corporation TURN OFF so that they can't continue to GRAB from customers! There's to become somebody available that may place an end for this kind of scam. I've approached the Ohio Attorneygeneral, in addition to the News Headlines Channel 5 Troubleshooter Group. Ideally some damaging promotion can get anyone to get notice.
