Stole Money from my Bank Account - refuse to refund

I'm composing this to alert people about utilizing POKERSTARS.com

Previously this week I tried creating a deposit utilizing e check, that we did often before. I acquired a contact stating that my deal was rejected, that was unusual since I've never had an issue before. I tried it again and when again it had been rejected.

Used to donot believe a lot of it, and settled expenses online in the place of investing the cash on poker that was probably wiser anyway.

A few days later to my shock I examine my banking account and find out a deal had really been through from Pokerstars, which my banking account was within the damaging.

It drew, however it was not the finish of the planet I thought it'dnot be way too hard to repair the issue right? INCORRECT

First I contact the amount shown on my banking account and its own a "third party running organization" who stated they'd consider it and contact pokerstars of course if there is an error created they'd repair it.

I also sent Pokerstars detailing what occurred, they rejected my deal and that I acquired no cash on my poker account, however they charged my bank account, creating it to become damaging

After no reaction, I eventually get a contact from Pokerstars they were approached from the cost processor, but that since I have required the cash it had been a legitimate cost.

I responded explaining that yes I required the money, however it have been rejected FROM THEIR STORE, that I acquired no money, therefore no money ought to be removed from my banking account.

It's now been 5 times, and contains been a HEADACHE coping with them.

Only A notice to EVERYBODY available be careful whenever you cope with Pokerstars. I've completed anything possible to try and "aid" them within their help return my cash but I'm like I've no option-but to document a state with my lender.

For me I'd alert everybody NEVER TO utilize them, of course if you need to do do not provide them use of your lender or charge cards

They've no customer support quantity, which means you need to email them anything, plus they get forever to react so when they ultimately do they simply replicate exactly the same nonsense repeatedly again. I must replicate and insert a few of the emails they delivered me which will make no feeling whatsoever I am just-so fed up with coping with this.
