Here is the letter which I have sent to H. Marshall Jarrett, counsel, for the new regime at the US DOJ. I have substantiating documentation to back up every single one of the claims that I am making in this letter. This letter has also been sent to 5 major newspapers and will be circulated to more media outlets every day. This professional fraud, Alan Shapiro, is the President's, the DOJ's, the Supreme Court's, the Department of Treasury's, and the FBI's "expert" counsel and witness for everything and anything economic. Just check out his resume and you will clearly see the root cause behind the Gold Certificate Scam of the late 1990's and the Enron debacle. Furthermore, this brainchild, at least the evidence leads this particular author to believe, appears to be leading a takeover of nearly all real estate in the United States of America through his company MERS Inc.- Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems. Mr. Shapiro, utilizing the backing of his Yale educated fan club that is protecting him at nearly every level of every branch of American government, probably would've succeeded until he made the critical mistake of attacking somebody with more heart and conviction than the collective group he represents. Shame on you Alan! You are now exposed to the masses. Karl Rove, Gonzo, Rumsfeld, and the others saw the writting on the wall a long time ago. Why don't you stop by your two buddies place in D.C. On your way outta the United States and save us all the burden and embarrassment of having to bring all three of you up on Treason. You, of all people Mr. Shapiro, should at least appreciate this little example of "forensic investigation". WELCOME TO THE REVOLUTION! WE ARE BRINGING BACK OUR CONSTITUTION!
Dear DOJ Office of Professional Responsibility,
I am writing to you in order to inform you of a situation that has caused me major personal injury of both financially and emotionally. According to information that I have gathered, this situation has been the root cause for the US Attorney firings and it continues to bring me great hardship. I will outline the story for you as I have lived it, as well as I have shared with numerous law enforcement agencies both domestically and abroad.
In December of after being grossly discriminated against by my employer Restaurants On the Run, Inc. (Laguna Niguel, CA), I was fired and became the target of a FBI investigation for alleged extortion. Obviously, the allegations against me were falsified by those at my former employer who initiated the action and nothing was found to incriminate me. On November 12, I caught a communications sub-contractor installing a wiretapping box on the telephone pole outside of my residence. Not only do I have film pictures of this gentleman doing his work, but I also have pictures of his truck, license plate, and even his mother snoozing in the passenger seat of his truck. Exactly one year later, November 12, I photographed the same gentleman disassembling his apparatus from the overhead wires. Upon seeing me underneath him taking pictures, he quickly descended down the pole and abruptly drove away while neglecting to remove the tapping boxes power cord which still dangles freely to this day from the power supply above where this box was located. Without a doubt, I was one of "less than 100" victims of the warrantless wiretapping program.
During the summer of my entire financial portfolio was purged. From my credit cards to my bank accounts to my retirement account, ALL of my financial portfolio was stripped from me. According to my research and receipts obtained from Southwest Airlines, the person responsible for these crimes was named Alan C. Shapiro. Amazingly, this fraud is connected to every single one of the banks that held my assets (Washington Mutual, Bank of America, Etrade, Paypal). It's no wonder that the SEC told me that I had a "Civil Matter" when I filed a complaint with their ethics board regarding securities fraud I had suffered in 2006 with Alan Shapiro being their attorney. Furthermore, his good friend and college thesis partner, J. Scott Armstrong, was the person at my former employer who discriminated against me.in addition, once my assets and means to pay my mortgage on my estate were stripped, a new beneficiary showed up on my mortgage and title. That company is MERS, Inc. - Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.- and it's founder is none other than Alan Shapiro. Not coincidentally, Chase Home Mortgage, client of Shapiro's company TAG Inc. Of Orange County, CA, purchased my home mortgage from GMAC (Ditech) also of Orange County. Now in my second go around with foreclosure on my home this year, I have been invaded by a group of people that it appears are associated with an Orange County firm named Professional Services, Inc. They have completely destroyed my home, stolen my possessions and made living in my own house unbearable. Every single "Intelligence" Official that I've met in recent days has verified this story to be true.
The previous information was also verified and collaborated by the United States Secret Service Counter Intelligence Unit in February and presented to Ms. Carol Lam in San Diego, CA. After catching wind of this development and the threat of Mr. Shapiro being brought to Federal Court on violations of the RICO Act, Mr. Shapiro phoned his buddies in the White House and requested the special favor of President Bush to fire the US Attorneys that were cooperating with Ms. Lam's investigation of Mr. Shapiro's criminal network (as airplane tickets to each of the other 6 cities where the US Attorneys were fired were purchased and flown to by Mr. Shapiro show). Subsequently, they were unjustly fired.
Please take notice of the fact that this letter is also being sent to the editor's of every major newspaper in the United States, including the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, San Diego Union Tribune, Chicago Times, Wall Street Journal, etc. For nearly a year now, I have been told that, " You are the only person that is 'above the law', " by my contacts within the intelligence community. I now understand why this is. It has occurred to me that I have the entire Department of Justice at bay with the knowledge of this attack that has been levied upon my existence. So, I now throw the proverbial ball into your court at the Office of Professional Responsibility for full investigation and to bring this Alan Shapiro to the knees of Justice himself. Thus, restoring integrity to the rule of law and making an example of why the American public need not fear having their country taken over by a gang of rogue lawyers from Yale.
