Cannot access the site after I paid to be a membe

I registered mylife.com to update details from pals for senior school reunion. I had been ready to gain access to the site before I settled after I was a totally free associate, but after I settled then I really could no further access the website. It pops up inoperable motion. I'm annoyed. I'm furious that I paid cash after which I'm unable to make use of the website. I believe I've been cheated.
