I can't access my MyLife mail account. The machine suggests that I've currently 'stated' my mail bill but I've never done so. I don't understand the code or even the key solution.
I've approached the Microsoft reside helpdesk to deliver me a brand new code. This code can only just be sent towards the MyLife tackle that we can't access.
Microsoft has recommended that I connect using the Unisa Mylife helpdesk to deliver me a code. I've sent the Unisa MyLife helpdesk twice previously but no reaction continues to be forthcoming.
I urgently require this issue settled. At the moment there's no method of speaking using the College. They telephones are unanswered and Unisa Parow could not aid possibly, after I lay within the Info line for over one hour.
