I put the purchase 03/09 for 1 repair it package and 1 machine, there is no verification page that will let me examine my purchase instead they delivered mean order site which resembled they charged me for just two packages and 2 cleaners after I declined other presents. I delivered a contact fixing the purchase towards the current email address which was supplied with the purchase and named customer support however they were shut. 24 hours later I get a contact that I delivered my preliminary mail towards the wrong location and am provided another email. I delivered a contact and named customer support who had been shut. I named customer support 24 hours later and was informed that there is nothing they'd do for me personally plus they had no boss available. If anybody knows something about beginning a-class action suit or what I will do to obtain my money-back I'd greatly enjoy the feedback.
