On December 17th I put an order for 5 Holiday presents to be delivered from Figis. On December 23rd after not reading from any family unit members, extolling the praises of great pleasure for that exemplary Petits Fours we delivered, I named Figis to ensure that my purchases were actually shipped. I had been informed with a customer support consultant that she may find no report of my purchase. She examined under both of my telephone numbers on document and under my current email address but nonetheless may find nothing. Since I have didn't possess the purchase guide with me I informed her I'd contact that night to check on again. She stated it surely wouldnt make a difference because there was nothing available.

After I got home from function the closed notice from Figis was awaiting me. I named Figis again and talked with customer support to discover why no body named me and was informed that my consideration was in selection. After I ask how that would be we were disconnected. I subsequently chose to miss customer support and named the time workplace that place me touching a supervisor called Bob.
