Ordered a free disk for 3.95. The same day i got it a charge was put on my account for $72.25. Do not knpw why or when this was ever authorized. Google is aware of it and is trying to take care of it. The company "Google Money Tree" to me that if I sent the free disk back to them they would give me all the credits. So the disk I guess was never free! I further do not believe they will issue a credit but I am going to try and will let you know.

You have to call them and get a RGA repeat RGA Number (twenth digits long) and write them a letter stating you want a full refund of the disk and monthly charge (I have never logged into "My Site" and you need to do this on a timely basis.
