I was requested to pay $1.95 to ship a free disk and then was charged 39.90 by Ivy Capital after disk arrived

I answered a email for easy Google income. The email said to pay $1.95 to have this disk shipped. The disk was to be Free. When I received the disk I found out it was associated with a interner wealth University out of Las Vegas. I then discovered a pending charge for 39.90 on the same credit card that I used for a Ivy Capital of Las Vegas. I looked up the company and discovered this rip off scam.
