Pen blanks purchased, not received. Offered my CREDIT number. I've delivered numerous emails however they are unanswered.By the minute, my CREDIT consideration hasn't been billed but am maintaining my hands entered after studying all of the 'cash-obtained-no-item-sent' reviews.
