Comparable routine to other individuals who have submitted grievances. Obtained message for 30 days free providers to become followed-up by phone just before any payment. Never received any apparent support or any follow up by phone. Subsequent "contact" was "bill" which seemed on phone bill. On calling customer support, was informed that service and payment have been approved by telephone by me. Saving of telephone agreement guaranteed although not obtained up to now. Have experienced charge corrected through telephone business, but have a much to carry on to combat cost. Officially ended "support" and guaranteed no extra costs.
