Cancelling my orde

I have named 2 weeks before to stop this and i was handed a cancelation verification and anything and it is still being taken from my bill. I'd like my 2 weeks back to my consideration and ofcourse, I can't obtain a your hands on anybody in customer support to look after this, I want someone to contact me about this and obtain this material terminated
