I signed agreement with Ben Donley in April for $1,650 to construct me an internet site. Projected time for you to finish this site was 4-6 months. It has been 5 weeks and Bill stated he wasn't likely to begin or complete my site. I paid $825 by look for deposit. Bill said he did not get check. I decided to move deposit alternatively via pay-PAL so he might begin the web site. 24 hours later Bill stated the check came. He offered me his term he wouldn't cash the check since I have settled him the deposit via paypal. Bill sent me and stated he shipped the check back again to me. Bill dedicated fraud when he cashed that check.
Bill never started my site. Bill attempted to extort one more $400 for each criticism I created. He declined to begin or complete my site. I had been compelled to employ an area creator which charge me $20,000.
Bill is a scam. Bill is just a con artist. Bill is responsible of breeching my agreement. Bill is likely to be held accountable for his steps. I'll document case in Arizona since Bill endorsed his company in Arizona. If Bill doesn't accept spend then I'll place a loan on his home.
