I canceled my membership on 4/24/08 and was never contacted by the company. They charged my debit card at the beginning of June. I sent them numerous e-mails and called the 888-765-5557 and was given the runaround on their automatic answering service. The system asks if you want to speak with customer service or if you want to cancel. I tried both options and was eventually sent back to the first prompt asking the same thing. I sat on hold the first time for over 10 minutes... Nothing... The last time I called I was on hold for over 25 minutes... Again nothing... They do not appear to have customer support either by phone or by e-mail. The prompt asking if I wanted to cancel said they would send a confirmation e-mail but I have not received anything. Scam!!!
