I have left voice messages before my trial period expired to end my subscription and they were ignored. My checking account has been debited twice for $88.97. I returned the first shipment and I am still trying to contact customer service via phone and e-mail. No success. They keep you holding for long periods of time and never answers. The website is now stating that it is under construction. Now my bank is going to redebit the $88.97 twice from my account because they said that could not find any error even though I had already contacted/requested Colon Smart that I wanted to cancel the subscription before the deadline.
