I required the offer advisor disc on 3-25-08, the following morning they named my telephone about 20 times each day.By 4-3-08 i had not received the cd and sent an e-mail to cancel. I expected to get a reimbursement for that $1.87 for delivery and handling of the disc, that we never obtained. On 4-10-08 they charged my consideration for $49.95 after I'd ended. That evening i named their 800-number and got an extremely rude foreigner from the title of H, who'd not allow me talk to a boss and after placing me on-hold permanently, he ultimately hung-up on me. I visited their site at www.ezhelpcenter.com and delivered them a my cash to be returned. I wound up delivering possibly 3 emails that had my unique stop email and requested them to please reply... Nevertheless have not seen from their store but I did so contact my lender to inform THEM-NOT to approve anymore costs.
