I attempted to get hold of these folks by mail. No response. I tried calling, you receive the automatic concept and nothing else. I visited my lender to determine WHEN THEY might make a move to prevent the costs. THEY approached GrantConsultants and were informed point-blank, "SO LONG AS WE'VE HER BANK INFO, WE SHALL CONTINUE TO CHARGE HER BILL". I'd togo through the problem of shutting out that bank account and starting a brand new one. I approached the BBB. I eventually got a duplicate of the notice which was delivered to BBB from GrantConsultants declaring they accept return $79.94 for the weeks they charged me for. NEVER GOT THE REFUND!!! Still fighting this 1. GrantConsultant also mentioned within this notice "should you visit our site at www.grantconsultant.com and our present site where she registered, you can observe that people obviously suggest that there's AN EFFORT INTERVAL which regular membership charge might use if she decided to not stop her account." I ENDED AFTER 3 TIMES! How is that not rescheduling?
