Unauthorized cost to account

As much individuals have completed, I requested and approved cost to get a free test for $4.95 to Pure Energy Laboratories. Phone No.inCH-866-611-6888. Fourteen days later my consideration continues to be billed without agreement for $149.95 for product that I've not requested or obtained. I've submitted a challenge with my lender and would really like an instantaneous credit for this cost, as this really is creating much monetary stress in my experience when I am on the limited revenue, like a single-mom with two kids.

Any help could be greatly appreciated.
