A while ago I've purchased a program called "adsubtract" which is a great program for filtering content on the web.
3.0 came out and it works well however. This requires activaction. No problem. Paid the $15.00 upgrade fee and got in.
Later on had some problems with windows reinstalled it the fifth time around I got "regrestration failed"
That made me mad
Their "support" is only done via E-Mail and it's nothing but automated forms that were being sent back to me.
This product is a rip off because you can only activate it so many times and that becomes a pain especially with an unstable computer and operating system.
I understand the need for security but this is bull crap.
If anyone has had this problem with AdSubtract 3.0 please tell us.
