Columbia House is a total scam. I signed up for getting those so called free cds and ended paying for extremely expensive "shipping and handling charges" for what they claimed to be free. The end result comes out to be the same as paying for those cds outright. After getting those so called "free cds", you are supposed to purchase additional cds at extremely high prices and high shipping and handling charges. No customer service at all.
