I've sent requests to their customer support 4 times but haven't heard from them

I've attempted to get hold of their assistance for info regarding items published as "coming soon" however they've been at that standing for weeks... Was simply searching for info but received no reaction. Then my research bar vanished, which makes it difficult to consider products I'm involved in. I've delivered demands for their customer care 4 occasions but have not noticed from their store... Very disappointed.
