I have a website and wanted to promote it with an online marketing service. I came across CSE Advertising Solutions through google. I read the site http://www.cseadvertisingsolutions.com / and saw they had a section for "guaranteed signups" which entailed that "CS Enterprises delivers Targeted, Real-Time Guaranteed Signups - just sit back and watch your downlines EXPLODE!". It aslo Guaranteed that

My websites office gives me all the data that happens with my website, i noticed that when i got varification from CSE that all the people who signed on were the only people who clicked on the website and it happend in a small time frame, which made me suspicious also none of the phone numbers were working numbers.
