I purchased a Silver Mall Ownership from Allegro Global Marketing for $2,950 in January. I was to advertise websites of products and services and I would get commissions on sales.
AGM's ad stated I could access a Global Control Center website that would show me the daily activities of my websites. There is no Global Control Center website. I was then told to e-mail AGM to get this information. I did and received the information. The next time I e-mailed AGM for this information I did not get a response. After about 2 weeks of e-mailing AGM I received information but it was the same report I got the first time. I e-mailed AGM about this and other matters and have not gotten a response since (February).
I called AGM using 3 phone numbers I received from the Better Business Bureau website and all 3 numbers are not in service.
AGM guaranteed I would make $45,000 in a year or I would get a refund of the $2,950 purchase price. AGM also guaranteed to make 10 sales for me of $1,000 each. These guarantees are good if I average 40 hours per month or 400 hours per year in advertising. I did it for 4 months but was getting no money out of it and no responses to my e-mails. I stopped advertising because I did not want to spend any more money or time.
I e-mailed AGM about these problems and asked for a refund of the $2,950 purchase price and never get a response. I also tried calling them by phone but the phone numbers are not in service.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau about my problems with AGM. The BBB informed me that AGM does not respond to postal mailings they have made to them.
