Did not deliver emails to selected targeted category

I paid for an email campaign to be sent to 300,000 "MEN", which was the category I selected. They sent me stats info and a partial list of all the emails that were sent out. OVER HALF WENT TO WOMEN!!! My product is of no interest to women. I have tried contacting the company twice and they won't even bother to respond. TOTAL RIPOFF! Avoid these scammers!
